A Memory Café is a social gathering for persons living with dementia and their care partner to come together, enjoy each other and have fun! During each café there is music, exercise, activities focused on cognition and camaraderie.

Dementia Friendly Community & Memory Cafes

Dementia-friendly communities are villages, towns, or cities that empower, support, and include people living with dementia, along with their caregivers. By reducing stigma and fostering understanding, these communities provide safe, accessible spaces that allow residents with dementia to remain independent, maintain social connections, and enjoy a high quality of life.

Memory Cafes are a place where people experiencing cognitive challenges along with caring family members, friends and professional caregivers can find meaningful programming, friendship, and acceptance. See the map with details on Memory Cafe near you!
