As a Fitness Professional, my focus is to provide simple solutions to health related problems such as, balance, core strength and cardiovascular disease. Partnering with South Loop Village was one of the best decisions I made. Being able to have an impact on so many lives through intentional movement is phenomenal. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.

I am a line dance instructor. I teach all ages throughout the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. I also offer dance classes in mainly urban communities where obesity, the risk of stroke, heart disease and diabetes are unfortunately prevalent. The residents in these communities have the opportunity to learn basic, intermediate and advance dances while becoming healthy, toning muscle, stimulating the mind and having fun at the same time. Many have found sustainable benefits such as memory boosts, stress reduction, weight loss, healthier hearts, better balance, flexibility improvement and creating new friendships.
